Scheduled Janitorial Services

A clean and sanitary workplace is essential for two very important reasons. First, it affects people. Employee morale, health, and well-being are involved, and customers often judge a business by the appearance of its facility. Second, the clean surfaces themselves are protected against premature wear and degradation. That is a valuable cost savings to property owners. While most business owners and managers are aware of this, their time is understandably taken up with the day-to-day operations of their businesses, leaving limited time for managing the cleaning of the facility. Even larger businesses find managing a custodial staff a challenge because it is not their core competency.

It is, however, ours. We know how to accurately survey your facility, determine your daily needs, allocate the needed personnel, employ the right equipment, provide training and supervision, and even handle the unpleasant task of firing the failures. We live and work in a real world. It’s a tough and demanding job, but we have been doing it successfully for almost 50 years.

We know there’s no such thing as a “one-size-fits-all” clean. We customize each job to suit your specific needs. We feature environmentally safe (Green) cleaning and were applying many of those principles years before the current movement became popular.

Just let us know what you need. The owner has extensive experience, is a CIMS ISSA Certification Expert (I.C.E.), and either knows the solutions to cleaning problems or knows where to find them. Call us today and leave the cleaning to the experts.

Did You Know?

The usual way to schedule janitorial services is by frequency. On Monday, we do this and that. On Tuesday, we do that and this. And so on.

When you really think about that approach, it becomes obvious that things not on the list may really need to be done that day, and things on the list may not need attention at all. The result of this “fixed frequency” scheduling is often incomplete cleaning of some needy surfaces on one day, and time wasted when mopping a clean floor simply because it was “on the list” for another day.

Rather than rely on a to-do list based on guessing how quickly a surface or object will resoil, our cleaning technicians are trained in “indication cleaning” techniques. Surfaces are quickly examined and when soiling is detected, it is removed then and there. This works far better because dust and dirt don’t land on surfaces on a scheduled frequency.
